Organic Flaxseed Oil (Cold Pressed)

Our premium grade Organic Flaxseed Oil is produced by cold pressing method. Flaxseed contain the richest source of the valuable Omega-3 fatty acids. Only Flaxseed Oil that is cold pressed and unrefined retains the nutrition values in its natural form.

Flaxseed Oil retains its vital nutrients unspoiled for 4 months if unopened. It should be consumed within 6 weeks after opening as light, oxygen and hig temperatures can destroy the Omega-3's.

Care should be taken to store Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil below 4°C. Flaxseed Oil should never be heated.

We recommend that one tablespoon should be consumed daily.
